Best in class training
As we started to consult in the field of Maintenance we soon discovered that there was a very real need for quality training. As the scope of the field expands and Asset Management becomes the standard, rather than just Maintenance, the need for quality training increases at a very high rate.
We embraced this need in 1992 when we developed our first courses. This grew over time to the present 24 courses and 5 diplomas. We expect the need for a variety of training profiles to grow at an even higher rate into the future.
Presently, AM-Tech's Terotechnica Maintenance College delivers 11 Comprehensive, and 13 Short courses. These include 7 specific career focussed courses (for artisans, supervisors, planners, engineers, and managers), 10 general topical courses, 5 technique driven courses, and 2 technical courses. It also packages these courses in 5 possible diplomas that prepare Asset Management / Maintenance Practitioners for meaningful roles in industry.
Our training is on a constant upward profile, progressing both in extent and in quality all the time.
